Cider, November 2020
We have a new Costco in Champaign now, so to celebrate I got some raw ingredients for brewing.
Today's brew is a cider.
Ingredients:
4 Gallons Riveridge Cider from Costco
1 tbs Yeast Nutrient
1 packet Lalvin ICV-D47 Yeast. I picked this one because it is said to leave a lot of flavor and aroma compounds, which is what I want from this cider.
